Services for Construction

MIS is proud to deliver customized IT solutions to the construction industry. Our dedicated team is well versed in the daily operations of a construction company environment and is equipped to handle critical issues swiftly and efficiently.

Many of our tailored service offerings are invaluable to a smoothly operating construction company including Managed IT (which includes a U.S.-based helpdesk, remote and onsite support, data backup/disaster recovery, managed antivirus and more), Managed Cybersecurity, hardware refreshes, cloud services, and rental equipment. But we also understand there is so much more to it.

Our team has great built great relationships with your common software vendors (including Bluebeam, Foundation, Quickbooks, and Primavera) and through our vendor management services we work to escalate tickets with those providers  on your behalf.

We also offer Cradlepoint (or remote office ISP) support and provide set-up and tear-down services for remote project locations. We quickly assemble and de-install remote offices, track inventory locations, and work with your software providers to ensure that updates are all done during off hours so that all remote users can connect if needed–as we know keeping the VPN up and running is incredibly important during those long hours. We also understand the importance of setting up new users ASAP as new hires can come on board within days of starting a new construction job.

These are just some of the many services we can offer. If you’re a construction company looking to improve your IT support MIS can help.
