A: Since 2018.
Q: Describe your role at MIS.
A: Senior System Engineer – Managed complex hospitality projects by resolving issues in reliability, integration, and logistics. Coordinated various teams, managed customer requirements, implemented evaluation measurements, and employed complex work processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools. Designed, configured, and tested computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. Managed and supported existing virtualized environments. (VMware & Hyper-V). Supported network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Managed security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.

Q: What’s your favorite MIS event or memory?
A: Bringing ITGlue as a Cloud-Based IT Documentation.
Q: When I’m not at MIS I like to:
A: Work on personal projects : Electronic, technology, mechanical, construction, fixing broken stuff. Mostly spend time with family.
Q: What’s the most interesting item on your desk?
A: Digital Thermometer 😀
Q: Favorite place you’ve traveled:
A: Yosemite National Park
Q: Before working at MIS what was the most interesting or unusual job you ever had?
A: IT Manager at Jahesh Sanat Sazeh Co. with the scope of providing services for car manufacturing, gas, oil and petrochemical industries.
Q: Secret (or not-so-secret) talent:
A: I’m good at Robotics, Electronics, Mathematics. I got bored [with just a] Computer Science degree so I added a Math Minor to it. Used to design and make RC Air-Planes and Gliders. I’m good with programming: Visual Studio, .Net , C++ , C#, JAVA, Delphi, etc. I fix everything at home including appliances, or plumbing, or any other construction need. Bought a house and flipped it, then sold it 2.5 times to pay for my university. I fix my motorcycle and cars if it takes less than 2 hours and worth spending the time and energy.
Q: What’s the coolest project you’ve ever worked on?
A: Onboarding a new hotel.
Q: What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
A: Ennio Morricone.

A: Jim Carrey.

A: One silly dog.

A: Seeing people happy.

A: How peaceful I am.
